Pick your 'select next' field (7 or fewer choices):

Multiple choice (Status, Phase, Location, etc)
User (Assigned To, Sponsor, etc)

Add a new field:

Rich Text Formula Field

Add the new field to:

Reports (Table, Kanban, Calendar, & Timeline)
